:hopping on the bandwagon:
one onion,
slicedgarlic 4-6 cloves,
chopped6-8 prawns, deshelled and cut into inch size portions
one chinese sausage sliced finely
basil leaves (spice type also okay)
ginger - 1-3 small slicesbutter,
1-2 inch sized cubesnam pla prik,
2 spoons (thai green chillies fermented in fish sauce)
soysauce and pepper
2 cups cooked brown rice

Marinate prawns in 3 spoons soy sauce, ginger, basil and pepper for 15 minutes

melt butter in wokfry onions, push aside, then fry garlic
Add basil leaves and prawns
When prawns start turning slightly orange, add rice and sliced sausage
Add nam plik pra
Fry for about 1 minute
Push rice to side of wok and add eggs.
Add pepper and salt to eggs.
Cover with rice, wait for 15-30secs before mixing rice in with egg.
